ROAN's Messaging Practices

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. 

ROAN uses the following channels for communication with clients: Email, phone calls, and text. All routine communications will occur via email unless otherwise specified.  ROAN uses Telzio to communicate via phone and text.  Google platforms, including Google Meet and Gmail, are also used.  Text messaging will only occur with consent and be related specifically to scheduling or rescheduling appointments; treatment is not provided on this platform nor will you receive any unsolicited messages or marketing from ROAN.  Responses to inquiries will typically be made within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). In urgent matters, clients may contact us via phone for faster resolution. 

ROAN may occasionally utilize automated responses for after-hours inquiries and out-of-office notifications. All client communications are treated with confidentiality, and we implement the best practices in data protection to ensure your information remains secure.

We encourage clients to communicate clearly and professionally. Any messages that include sensitive or proprietary information should be transmitted securely. ROAN reserves the right to log and track all communications for accountability purposes and to resolve any potential issues or disputes.

If a client’s messaging behavior becomes disruptive or violates these terms, ROAN reserves the right to suspend communication privileges until further notice.
